Shivaun is grateful for a life that has offered her a variety of experiences that have shaped her commitment to being a loving, inclusive, creative and impactful global citizen.

She started her career in the hospitality industry and has owned several small businesses including a meeting planning company specializing in the healthcare industry, sightseeing tour business, multi-media production company, wine accessory catalog business and a marketing, PR and event production company.

She worked in radio, producing and hosting two live, weekly radio broadcasts –while serving as the General Manager of DFW for a privately held financial news talk radio group.

Her greatest compliment to date came when her then three year old granddaughter turned to her and said: “Grandma, I love you more than chocolate.” And scene.

She is thrilled to be a part of the emergewell+co team.

lizzy sutton

travel and retreat coordinator

As a yogi and adventurer, herself, Lizzy is driven to inspire others to step out of their everyday life and explore new places. Lizzy’s primary passion is traveling. Along her own journey, she has grown and found that her passion is helping others do the same through a functional, whole-body approach to wellness and spending time outdoors. Her desire has helped shape another branch of ECo around well-travel, retreat programming for health and fitness companies, and retreat planning for emergewell.

As a wilderness therapy program leader in Hawaii, Lizzy learned how to connect and facilitate life-changing experiences for struggling adolescents and young adults. This experience enabled her to witness firsthand the healing power of a well-led experiential healing program – one that is both growth-focused and life-affirming. Lizzy found great purpose in empowering students and young adults to make healthy choices for themselves.

She has attended studio retreats as far north as Canada, as far south as Belize, and as far west as Hawaii. This year, she joined a group of adventurous travelers to Sedona, and in 2021 she hopes to unite communities in Blue Zone regions. Nothing makes her happier than being in new parts of the world and connecting with like-minded people.

When she isn’t on her mat or globe-trotting, you’ll find Lizzy sweating it out in spin class, going to outdoor concerts, playing with her three Labrador retrievers, and spending as much time outside as possible.

diana davis

business and service manager

Diana’s desire to absolve herself from the disease-to-please ways that she had been practicing all her life is what drew her to EmergeWell + Co. Exercising Self-Love is a deeply valued ritual that she has learned throughout her journey with ECo., and one that she practices daily.

She is the second to the youngest child of a family of seven children. Her family immigrated to this country in the early 80s. She is a proud Mexican and Texan, thus her self-proclaimed nickname Texican Chick.

She is a loving wife and proud mother of four children: three boys and one girl. One of her best mom moments was when her oldest son made the decision to serve his county in the United States Army.

Apart from spending time with her husband and kids, being in the kitchen is her happy place. Her cooking roots come from standing over the shoulder of her grandmother, Mami Kika, and watching her prepare meals for the entire family while they visited.

The love of baking came after she met her husband, and he introduced her to his granny’s buttermilk pie – one bite is all it took.

Currently, she is a BS – Accounting candidate at Colorado State University – Global Campus. She resides in a small suburb of Fort Worth with her family and four rescue dogs.
