The Fort Worth Business Press has named Sheila Jackson, CEO of Principle Logistics Group and JA Jackson Construction, as one of its Great Women of Texas honorees. The publication’s annual award honors women who have achieved significant accomplishments in business, civic, and social contributions in Fort Worth and Tarrant County. Twenty local women were selected from more than 200 nominations. This is the seventeenth year for the awards.
“Sheila has consistently sustained growth and development of two Fort Worth-based companies in highly competitive male markets by remaining consistent in her style of compassionate leadership,” says nominator William Mays, founder and CEO of Return on Relationship, inc.” She is conscientious, understanding, knowledgeable, and present while tending to the day-to-day challenges in the business, in the community, and at home.”
Jackson’s background features more than 20 years of involvement in organizational leadership as a successful entrepreneur, executive, and business consultant. With a relentless and innovative passion for people and relationship-driven leadership, she leads the Principle and JA Jackson teams under the highest standards of character and conduct with the fundamental goal of enhancing the lives of her employees and those with whom she partners.

Jackson is a self-pronounced serial entrepreneur, business owner, leadership and conscious communication specialist, speaker, philanthropist, wife, mom, stepmom, dog lover, and California girl who now calls the great state of Texas home.
Most recently, she was nominated for FW Inc Magazine 2018 Entrepreneur of Excellence Award and was named 2017 Fort Worth Woman of the Year by The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is currently writing her new book, “Renegade Woman, Talking Your Walk, The Unconventional Way of Conscious Leadership.”
